Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy for Dharma Car Rentals:
Local / Outstation Rides
- Cancellation 24+ hours before: No charge
- Cancellation 12-24 hours before: 25% cancellation fee
- Cancellation 6-12 hours before: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation less than 6 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Tour Packages
- Cancellation 15+ days before: Full refund minus processing fee
- Cancellation 7-15 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellation 3-7 days before: 25% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days: No refund
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, bookings may be rescheduled without penalty. Full refunds will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.
