This refund policy describes how Dharma Car Rentals processes refunds for its services.
Refunds are processed based on our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are only applicable when: The cancellation was made within the eligible time window; The service was cancelled by Dharma Car Rentals; The service could not be provided due to vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability.
All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. Online payments will be refunded to the same account/card.
