By accessing or using Dharma Car Rentals services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message from our team. Dharma Car Rentals reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in exceptional circumstances.
Payment is due as per the agreed terms at the time of booking. Corporate clients may be offered monthly billing based on prior agreement. All prices are inclusive of driver charges and fuel unless specified otherwise.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Dharma Car Rentals is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any illegal activity is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Dharma Car Rentals is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the refund of the booking amount in case of confirmed cancellation by us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
